Our Patient Participation Group was set up by the practice towards the end of 2011. It is made up of volunteer patients, with support from the practice staff and GPs. It meets monthly, sometimes with the Practice Manager or a Doctor, to discuss the services on offer and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice (it does not deal with individual complaints).
The PPG is itself developing some activities for the benefit of patients. It is also involved in consultations about issues in the NHS which affect our community.
